We’re building UNTAM3D, a premium minimalist skincare brand grounded in one clear belief:

great skin doesn’t need more steps — it needs smarter ones.

The brand is live. The foundation is strong. The roadmap ahead is ambitious.

What we’re looking for now is deep, hands-on ownership of D2C growth.

We’re opening up conversations for a Growth Cofounder / Growth Partner who:

• Has real D2C experience across performance marketing, marketplaces, funnels, and numbers
• Has personally run campaigns, read reports, questioned agencies, and fixed what wasn’t working
• Understands how beauty / FMCG D2C works on the ground
• Is not looking for a salary-first role, but for ownership and long-term upside
• Is based in India (Mumbai strongly preferred) and can be present when it matters

We’re open to speaking with individual operators or agency founders — as long as the intent is to step into an ownership role, not a client–vendor setup.

This is not advisory, and it’s not a retainer relationship.

And to be clear: this is not for everyone.

It’s for someone who wants to build, get their hands dirty, and take responsibility for outcomes.

The structure is intentionally flexible:

• Equity or sweat equity
• Profit / revenue share
• Investment + equity (optional, not mandatory)

What matters more than format is capability, integrity, and commitment.
